MotoGP: new Ducati unveiled 'We're almost ready,' says Rossi

Ducati unveiled the patriotic tricolor design scheme of its 2012 MotoGP bike Monday in a live stream on the Facebook page of its sponsor, mobile phone company Tim.

"We're almost ready" said star rider Valentino Rossi, who presented the bike with teammate Nicky Hayden.

Nine-time world champ Rossi is hoping the Desmosedici GP12 can help him back to the top after a winless season last year, his first with the Italian team.

The 2012 MotoGP season gets under way with the Qatar Grand Prix on April 8.
